The super nice team and even helped arrange our Tanjung Puting trip. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety of Indonesian food. Only downside was the slightly outdated decor and being a bit far from town.

Reasonably spacious room with air conditioning and comfortable beds plus a great modern western style bathroom as expected. Central location, close enough to a taxi and outskirts of main area and next door to a national park and a mosque...

Relaxing hotel with plentiful breakfasts and cool rooms, that's what we loved. The room we had included climate control, flat-screen television and tea/coffee making equipment. Every member of the staff was very very nice. Location: the property was next to the Tanjung Puting national park and City centre and other restaurants. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms with decent air conditioning. The breakfast offered a nice variety of Indonesian food, which I appreciated. Staff trained us well and were helpful with arranging a taxi when we checked out. The location felt a bit far from the main part of town for walking, which could be inconvenient. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room was good. Workers did their best to fix it, but the equipment seemed outdated. I'd recommend the hotel for its comfort, but hope they address the Internet issue soon.

architectural interest, spacious rooms, functional bathrooms
The cleanliness standards need serious reconsideration!!! Stains on walls, musty AC, and hard beds certainly detract from the experience. Poor Wi-Fi makes it difficult to stay connected!!! Noise from the hallways was unacceptable!!!

Wicked comfy stay! The room was super clean with AC that worked great. The staff was friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast had so many delicious options, I couldn't believe it! The place has a nice garden too. I just wish it was a bit closer to the town center, but still a good spot overall.

We enjoyed our time here, especially the super spacious rooms that fit our family perfectly. The breakfast buffet had tons of Indonesian options, a hit with the kids. The hotel's garden provided a serene spot to relax after our Arut River cruise.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from a kids' play area.
